While postnatal massage is a nurturing & healing massage for the new Mom & helps restore skin elasticity, decreases water       retention, improves circulation & eases back, neck & shoulder aches.

Ancient Tai “lazy man’s yoga” is a combination of assisted stretching & compression of Zen lines to open energy channels & renew health & vitality. The session is done on a Tai mat on the floor & the client wears loose, comfortable clothing. This work is both relaxing &          energizing.
